How We Ship

We treat every clone as a living patient. To ensure the highest survival rates, we adhere to a strict shipping schedule that prevents your plants from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

  • Dispatch Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday (depending on destination).
  • Discrete Packaging: All orders arrive in unmarked, industrial-grade boxes. No logos, no cannabis imagery.
  • Temperature Control: Insulated liners and heat/cold packs are included seasonally at no extra charge.
The Guarantee

Live Arrival Protocol

We guarantee that your clones will arrive healthy, rooted, and pathogen-free. Because we are dealing with live biological specimens, the following protocol must be followed to qualify for a replacement.

The 2-Hour Window

Time is critical. Claims must be submitted via email within 2 hours of the carrier-verified delivery timestamp. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Visual Evidence

You must provide three (3) high-res photos:
1. Exterior of the box.
2. Internal packaging/LED unit.
3. Clear shot of the plant’s root system and foliage.

Acclimation

Plants must be kept in their shipping domes/cups for the first 12 hours. Any immediate transplanting into high-intensity light or heavy nutrient feeds voids the guarantee.

⚠️ NOTICE: Grower Responsibility
We do not guarantee “success” beyond arrival. Once the plant is in your environment, its health is subject to your local variables (pH, light, IPM, and humidity). Our liability ends once the plant is successfully delivered and accepted.
